Ingredients – serves 5:

  1. 2 tablespoons oat fiber
  2. 0.25 tablespoon melted butter
  3. 0.5 tablespoon baking powder
  4. 0.5 tablespoon ground psyllium husk powder
  5. 1 egg

Steps:

  1. Whisk the egg
  2. Mix all ingredients
  3. Grease a bread and spread out the dough
  4. Bake for 35 mins at 180ºC
