Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 100g spinach
- 300g fish
Steps:
- Season the fish with sea salt and black pepper
- Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the fish with onions
- Add 1/2 cup of cream and 1/2 cup of white wine
- Once the wine comes to a boil add the spinach into the pan and mix it well
- Garnish with fresh chives, enjoy!
